The Jamaica USA Chamber of Commerce (JAUSACC) is a not-for-profit organization committed to the creation of trade opportunities for its members and the strengthening of national, regional, and international commercial relationships between the United States and Jamaica. The mission of the JAUSACC is "to empower its members to create and promote trade, while strengthening economic and cultural opportunities between Jamaica and the United States."  JAUSACC is an affiliate of the Association of Bi-National Chambers of Commerce (ABiCC) which is comprised of 40 Caribbean/Latin America community, led national chambers, as well the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.

Organized in 2003 and Officially Launched in March, 2004, under the auspices of the Consulate General of Jamaica in Miami, JAUSACC has embarked on a series of special events geared towards fostering interaction with members and the general business community throughout the United States and beyond. Early projects include participation in the Building Bridges Program of the U.S./Jamaican Embassy in summer of 2004. JAUSACC has highlighted the successes of Chamber members through the hosting of various networking events in South Florida.  JAUSACC published its first printed Membership Directory in 2008.

In an effort to identify partnership opportunities among Jamaican enterprises and with the Florida business community, JAUSACC focuses on the following sectors in the Jamaican business community:
